Explore yoga the floating way. We meet on the beach for an introduction to our floating „yoga studio“, together we paddle to our sup isle and anchor the boards. I will guide you to a practice that starts slowly, letting you get used to the floating surface. You will then move to a more dynamic flow before slowing down to cool off with restorative postures, meditation and the greatest Shavasana you’ve ever experienced (truly). This class is suitable for both beginner and advanced yogis. Little paddle experience is needed.
