Let’s get sweaty. In this dynamic flow class, we increase strength, improve muscle tone, enhance flexibility and melt any stress and tension in the body away. It is a good mix of Power Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa and Hatha. We’ll also get a bit creative by combining some flows differently then we normally do to get mentally focused. It’s cardio for mind and body. Enjoy!
